What you'll do Develop visual concepts for animated projects: characters, environments, and key moods Design characters — from exploration sketches to turnarounds and expression sheets Create background art that defines the world, lighting, and atmosphere Build style frames that set the artistic direction for
the team Work closely with the creative director and animation team, iterate fast Experiment with AI-assisted workflows where they add speed or quality
What we're looking for Strong portfolio in character design and/or environment art for animation — this matters more than your CV Solid foundation in composition, color, lighting, and anatomy Flexibility across visual styles Photoshop, Procreate, or equivalent; 3D tools are a plus Understanding of animation pipelines Curiosity about generative AI tools — openness matters more than expertise What we offer Cutting-edge projects at the intersection of animation and GenAI High creative ownership and a fast team without bureaucracy Competitive
