Proactive collaboration : Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Implementation teams to gather
requirements, manage project expectations, and ensure absolute accuracy. Process and tool optimisation : Utilise our core tools (Zendesk, CMS, docs-as-code) effectively, suggesting smart improvements to content processes to help streamline the overall team workflow. Lifecycle and performance tracking : Manage the full lifecycle of individual content assets from creation to publication, and use established dashboards to track and report on your content’s performance.
