We are looking for a driven and talented Embedded Systems Engineer to support our Hardware Development Team in the design, testing, validation, and industrialization of electronic circuits for disruptive new products. Responsibilities Firmware Development: Design, develop, and implement firmware for industry-specific hardware solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Test Automation : Plan and develop software for test jigs and auxiliary devices such as IMUs, temperature, and humidity sensors, ensuring comprehensive testing coverage. Troubleshooting & Validation : Conduct thorough testing on produced products, troubleshoot any defects, and contribute to the validation of new hardware solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the software team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless operation within the overall product architecture. Reporting & Documentation : Create and maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all firmware developed, supporting long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing. Innovation & R&D : Contribute to testing and evaluating new technologies that may be incorporated into future product lines. Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience as a Embedded Systems Engineer or a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in C programming for embedded systems – must have. Solid understanding of Linux environments and embedded systems. Proven experience in RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS) and bare-metal development . Familiarity with C++ or Rust for scripting or supplementary development –
nice to have . Basic knowledge of Python and Bash scripting . Familiarity with microcontrollers - especially STM32. Familiarity with secure boot, encryption and firmware update mechanisms. Experience with version control tools (Git). Knowledge of best practices in firmware/software development. Experience with electronic device development processes such as testing, schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototyping (preferred).
