Enterprise Voice AI Orchestration Platform, Made in India; For the World

Who we are

Blue Machines AI is an enterprise-grade Voice AI platform for deploying reliable, compliant, low-latency, multilingual voice agents at scale. We focus on one thing: making Voice AI truly production-ready for high-stakes enterprise workflows, not just demos.

Our platform orchestrates speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and a coordinated council of large language models, backed by carrier-grade infrastructure. We pair the platform with Forward Deployment Engineers to help enterprises go live in days, not months, and operate confidently at scale.

Vision

As work evolves into a blend of human talent and AI agents, Blue Machines AI is building the trust layer enterprises will rely on. Our goal is to make Voice AI as dependable as any critical enterprise system: capable, responsible, and always in service of human primacy.

Experience: 4 to 7 years

Job Summary

As the Senior Video Editor at Blue Machines AI, you will own high-impact video editing across event clips, founder videos, product animation demos, and short-form social content. You will turn raw footage into sharp narratives that compound over time, building a consistent video language that strengthens brand trust and drives distribution. This is a high-ownership role that blends creative storytelling with operational speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form and Social Distribution

  • Edit high-performing short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create multiple cut-downs, hooks, and format variations optimized for retention and rewatch.
  • Build repeatable short-form formats and series that scale weekly output without quality drop.

Event Clips and Highlights

  • Produce fast-turnaround event edits: highlights, speaker clips, audience reactions, and recap films.
  • Create clean, premium packaging for executive audiences (titles, lower-thirds, brand-safe overlays).
  • Coordinate with the events and brand team to ensure coverage translates into usable content.

Founder and Leadership Videos

  • Edit founder narratives and leadership messages with strong structure, clarity, and polish.
  • Elevate talking-head footage using pacing, b-roll, cutaways, captions, and sound design.
  • Maintain consistent tone and premium look aligned with Blue Machines positioning.

Product Animation Demos

  • Edit product demos and walkthroughs that simplify complex workflows into clear stories.
  • Create motion-led explainers using UI captures, callouts, and animation overlays.
  • Work with product and marketing teams to turn feature updates into compelling release content.

Narrative and Brand Consistency

  • Build a recognizable video style across all channels (pacing, typography, captions, music, transitions).
  • Use storytelling principles to create narrative compounding: every video should strengthen the next.
  • Maintain an organized asset library and structure for reusability and speed.

Workflow and Collaboration

  • Own edit timelines end-to-end, including versioning, reviews, and final exports.
  • Collaborate with designers, motion artists, and content leads for cohesive output.
  • Maintain high reliability on deadlines, file management, and delivery formats.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1) Output Quality and Brand Perception

  • Deliver consistently premium edits aligned with an enterprise, institutional brand standard.
  • Improve visual polish through clean pacing, sound design, and typography consistency.

2) Speed and Turnaround

  • Achieve fast edit cycles for social and event content without compromising quality.
  • Create streamlined workflows, templates, and presets to increase weekly throughput.

3) Short-Form Performance

  • Improve video retention, completion rate, and engagement through strong hooks and pacing.
  • Ship multiple variations per asset (hooks, lengths, crops) to maximize distribution.

4) Narrative Compounding

  • Build recurring video series and formats that reinforce Blue Machines positioning over time.
  • Ensure each release adds to a cumulative brand story across founders, product, and events.

5) Product Demo Clarity

  • Increase clarity and watchability of product demos using tight edits, callouts, and motion overlays.
  • Convert product footage into content that supports GTM goals and reduces confusion.

Requirements

Experience

  • 4 to 7 years of video editing experience (B2B, tech, SaaS, or brand storytelling preferred).
  • Strong portfolio across social videos, event recaps, leadership/founder edits, and product demos.
  • Proven ability to edit for both speed and quality under tight timelines.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent portfolio strength).

Skills

  • Strong storytelling instincts: structure, pacing, and clarity.
  • Expert editing craft: rhythm, audio leveling, captions, transitions, b-roll usage.
  • Strong operational discipline: file management, versioning, and deadline reliability.
  • Comfort collaborating with marketing, events, product, and leadership teams.
  • Bonus: motion graphics and animation capability for product explainers.

Tools

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (required), After Effects (preferred), DaVinci Resolve (bonus).
  • Familiar with frame/format needs across platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and export best practices.

What We Offer

  • Ownership of Blue Machines’ video storytelling across founders, product, and events.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership and high-visibility brand moments.
  • A chance to shape a new category with content that travels far and compounds over time.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with market benchmarks.
  • High-ownership environment with visible, measurable impact.
