Your customers happen to be other engineers, so you care about how the platform feels to use, not just whether it works. You believe a platform should be a set of robust, resilient, and intuitive libraries rather than a collection of scripts, and you're curious about where people get stuck and why. Nice to have</em></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with our tech stack — Node.js, Go, TypeScript, React, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Postgres, AWS</li> <li>Prior experience developing tools that improve the developer experience</li> <li>Experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)</li> <li>Side projects or personal builds where you owned something end to end, from idea to real users</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key
Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Write and maintain clean, high-quality, efficient, and well-tested code that aligns with project specifications</li> <li>Design and implement the abstractions that bridge the gap between software engineering and DevOps</li> <li>Talk to the engineers who use the platform, find where they lose time, and help turn that into prioritized work</li> <li>Partner with Product and Engineering counterparts to build tooling that teams actually adopt</li> <li>Develop and maintain technical documentation that helps engineers self-serve</li> <li>Use AI-assisted tooling and automation workflows to improve developer productivity, accelerate troubleshooting, and strengthen platform reliability</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Collaborators</strong></p> <ul> <li>Engineering</li> <li>DevOps</li> <li>Product Management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working At Tulip</strong></p> <p>We're building a strong, diverse team that values hard work, families, and personal well-being.

About Tulip Interfaces
Tulip Interfaces is a manufacturing technology company that develops a frontline operations platform designed to help manufacturers digitize, connect, and continuously improve production processes. The company provides a no-code, AI-powered platform that enables organizations to build applications, automate workflows, collect operational data, and connect workers, machines, and enterprise systems within a unified environment. Its technology is used by manufacturers in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial Manufacturing to replace paper-based processes and legacy operational systems with more flexible digital solutions. The platform allows frontline teams to create and deploy applications without extensive software development resources, supporting use cases such as work instructions, production tracking, quality management, equipment monitoring, electronic batch records, traceability, and compliance management. Tulip combines no-code application development with machine connectivity, analytics, and workflow automation, enabling manufacturers to adapt operational processes as requirements evolve.
Tulip also provides connectivity tools that integrate data from machines, sensors, industrial equipment, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications. By serving as an operational data hub, the platform helps organizations gain real-time visibility into production activities, automate data collection, and generate insights that support process optimization and decision-making.
