About the role
Demand for Modern Work (MW) and Power Platform is trending down Our partner (BeyondSoft) utilization in this area is currently at [18%], well below the target of [78%], and this gap has been persistent. We are already working with the Area CSA team on recovery actions — deal assignment, skill repurposing, pulling bookings forward, etc. — but the root cause is a structural decline in demand, so in the mid-term we need to revisit how resources are allocated. On the other hand, customer demand for Security is trending up (AI security, Zero Trust, SOC modernization, etc.) The Area CSA lead has also shared the following feedback: "Security engagements are increasing, and we are short on CSAs who can lead implementation in [AI security / Zero Trust / SOC]. We'd like the GD side to expand capacity in these skills." Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting; OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting; This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. *
