About the role
You would be the first engineering hire working directly with Benjamin Cadiz de Gracia, CTO and Co-Founder. This is not a detached internship or a ticket queue. You will get context, review, and scoped work, then ship small but meaningful improvements.
The immediate need is someone who can reduce execution drag across bugs, Android parity, QA, UI polish, tests, and product improvements. The strategic upside is finding someone curious enough about CV/AR to grow into the moat with us over time.
About JawBuddy
JawBuddy is a digital self-therapy app for people suffering from bruxism (teeth grinding), TMD/TMJ disorders, and related jaw, neck, and head tension. The platform delivers AI-driven, personalized exercise programs guided by augmented reality camera tracking via the user's smartphone front camera, adapting daily based on pain levels and user feedback. It is a CE-certified digital medical device (in progress) built by a multidisciplinary team of a dentist, physiotherapist, developer, and economist, headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany. The app was previously marketed as KauSchlau in Germany before rebranding internationally to JawBuddy in November 2025.
