What we're looking for?
We need someone with 3-10 years of software engineering experience building production-grade backend systems. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and have a track record of leading projects from conception to deployment. Bonus points if you have familiarity with WebRTC, real-time data streaming, or AI/ML infrastructure.
