Find us on Instagram: @optimizely Introduction As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for roles ranging from non-technical (sales, marketing, operations) to technical (engineering, product, professional services) across multiple levels within your assigned region. You'll manage a high volume of requisitions with support from senior recruiters and TA leadership. Job

Responsibilities Review applications and interview candidates by phone, video, or on-site to assess work history, education, skills, and

compensation expectations, while sharing information about Optimizely and the opportunity Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define role

qualifications Identify and engage passive candidates using current sourcing tools and methods to build and maintain an active talent pipeline Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth, timely scheduling throughout the interview and selection process Extend, pitch, and negotiate job offers, securing approvals as needed Provide recruitment status reports to management, analyze recruiting metrics, and develop action plans based on the results Knowledge and Experience 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role Full-cycle recruiting experience within the software industry, including direct sourcing, resume screening, candidate evaluation, and selection for direct-hire positions Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to draft job descriptions and coordinate confidently with hiring managers Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, changing environment Ability to quickly and efficiently screen resumes and applicants against role

requirements and culture fit Working knowledge of ATS platforms and job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), plus proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and similar tools Experience recruiting for AI/ML roles is a plus Analytical, data-driven approach to identifying and improving recruiting strategies Education Bachelor’s Degree Optimizely is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
