Who we are looking for The Director of Business Development & Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans which drive revenue growth and increase market share. This role requires a passionate leader with a focus on sales pipeline development, preferably with experience in the manufacturing or energy storage sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the battery landscape, a cooperative work style, and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships. What you get to do Responsible for retaining current customers, prospecting, closing new accounts, account management, analyzing competitors, and keeping abreast of new technologies. Develop and implement a robust sales pipeline, expand the portfolio of customers, and increase near-term revenue for Re:Build Battery Solutions. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, create compelling product marketing materials, and enhance our competitive position. Identify and engage in new strategic business opportunities that expand market share and build relationships for future sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, forecast demand, and analyze key players in the battery industry, thereby informing and driving strategic initiatives. Compile and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations. What you bring to
