About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative with 1.5-2 years of SaaS sales experience to join our fast-growing legal tech company. We need a disciplined, coachable, and curious sales professional who has a proven process for outbound prospecting and is hungry to build a six-figure sales career. You will be a foundational member of our sales team, mastering discovery and building the pipeline that fuels our growth, with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive. What will you be doing?
- Proactively outbound to new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Research target accounts to understand their structure, workflows, and pain points.
- Run efficient discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their buying process.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to learn how they move deals forward and prepare for your next role.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and build prospect lists using tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
