What You’ll Do Become a product expert across the Rippling platform and understand the competitive landscape Craft strategic outbound messaging to engage upmarket prospects Partner with Marketing to run targeted outbound campaigns and generate pipeline Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM Align closely with your Account Executive to create a strong pipeline but qualifying and setting demonstrations. What You’ll Need Fluency in English and German Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with different teams A competitive mindset and drive to achieve results
