About the role
We are looking for a Business Operations Lead with 4+ years of experience to join our Finance and Operations team. The ideal candidate is a quantitative, first-principles thinker, likely from a consulting or investment banking background, who can confidently work with cross-functional partners and scope out ambiguous problems with little direction. You will be the connective tissue across the company, helping us scale intelligently during a critical growth phase.
What will you be doing?
- Help implement and manage a new usage-based pricing model, from sales enablement to customer feedback.
- Own monthly financial and board reporting, analyzing data to surface new insights for the leadership team.
- Partner with the GTM team to build pipeline models and analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives like events.
- Drive critical operational projects across the company, such as achieving ISO compliance or managing vendor changes.
- Analyze customer unit economics and monitor the cost to serve our products.
