Who we are looking for We are seeking a proactive and analytical Legal Operations leader who thrives on creating structure, driving efficiency, and enabling scalable growth within a dynamic legal function. The ideal candidate combines strong operational expertise with a strategic mindset—able to translate data into actionable insights, streamline complex workflows, and champion the adoption of modern legal technologies. You bring a balance of precision and practicality, a deep understanding of legal department processes, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, and performance. Above all, you are passionate about building a best-in-class legal operations function that empowers the business to move faster, smarter, and with confidence. What you get to do Improve and streamline legal operations by identifying inefficiencies, implementing guidelines, and establishing scalable workflows for contract management, outside counsel management, litigation support, knowledge management, entity management, IP protection, and the provision of legal support; Own the administration of all legal technology platforms, including e-billing system, contract lifecycle management system, legal intake system and other tools; Partner with the GC to execute short/long-term operations plans; Develop cost-saving strategies and optimize outside counsel engagement to reduce legal spend while maintaining high-quality support; Analyze key legal department metrics and KPIs through reports and dashboards and implementing changes to drive improvement and enhance operational performance; Improve departmental efficiency by implementing continuous improvement initiatives that translate insights into process refinements, technology improvements, and team training programs. Oversee day-to-day operations of the legal department, act as system-wide liaison, and monitor service levels and system performance to ensure user satisfaction and compliance. What you bring to
the Team Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5-7 years' previous experience in in-house legal operations role Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and solve complex problems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Ironclad, Brightflag, and ClickUp required The base salary range for this position is $140,000– $160,000 per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base
compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual
compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills,
qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive
compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive
