What you will do: Handle the payroll process, ensuring everything is accurate and complies with regulations. Support employee temporal residency permits acquiring process. Manage employee
benefits and keep them updated. Develop and implement HR processes to boost efficiency and focus on employee experience. Lead and execute HR projects that support the company’s strategic goals. Create a positive work environment through engagement activities and initiatives. Contribute significantly to Diversity & Inclusion networks and Engagement committee goals and activities. Support new hires during their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition. May contribute to HR news communication. Be ready to take on other tasks as needed. What you will need: University degree. At least 2 years of relevant HR experience (such as talent attraction, HR project management, HR generalist, or Junior HRBP roles). Proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to various HR initiatives and process improvements. Attention to detail, communication, and a strong focus on employee experience. Proficiency in Lithuanian and English. What is
nice to have: Familiarity with GDPR principles is a plus. Experience facilitating workshops and public speaking skills are a plus. Practical experience with Lithuanian Labor code is a plus. #LI-ML1 The annual salary range for this position is €38,000.00-€64,000.00.
