requirements, follow up on delivery schedules, handle incoming material delays, and ensure uninterrupted supply to the production line. This role requires collaboration with other functional teams to meet production plans on time, prevent line stoppages or delays. Your
Responsibilities: Daily order management: Manage material orders daily and work with SSO/BUYER to reduce the risk of delayed deliveries. Shortage analysis: Check and analyze material shortages to improve on-time delivery. Inventory control: Ensure healthy inventory levels through inbound/outbound review and management of obsolete materials. Production plan execution: Implement production plans with cross-functional teams to ensure OTD (On-Time Delivery). SAP system updates: Regularly check and update safety stock, cycle times, and minimum order quantities in SAP. Project efficiency: Consistently drive project cycle time reduction and cost control. Other tasks as assigned. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduate or 1+ years experience in material control and production planning. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Strong personal communication and documentation management skills. Good English writing and speaking ability (CET-4 or equivalent).
