We are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement professional with 2+ years of sales enablement experience to be the boots-on-the-ground presence for Homebase's growing Houston sales team. The ideal candidate has a sales background (former SDR or AE) who transitioned into enablement — someone who can create and deliver trainings, measure their impact with data, and partner closely with sales reps in the moment. You'll work alongside the Senior Sales Enablement Manager to build programs that actually change seller behavior, not just sit in a deck. This is a high-impact, hands-on builder role at a company that helps 100,000+ small businesses make work radically easy.
