About the role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the IIM Lucknow Alumni Association.
The role involves managing stakeholders across the alumni network and institutional teams, overseeing multiple programs end-to-end, tracking progress and milestones, keeping all stakeholders informed, and defining priorities to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a proven ability to drive programs forward in a cross-functional environment. 5+ years of experience in program or project management required.
About IIM Lucknow Alumni Association
The IIM Lucknow Alumni Association is a not-for-profit society registered in Lucknow, India, formally affiliated with the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L), established in 1991. Its mission is to assist alumni in developing their careers and businesses through networking, communications, and other alumni activities, while also supporting the institute's programs. It maintains a globally distributed alumni community of 14,000+ graduates with chapters across multiple cities and countries. The Association pursues three main objectives: supporting entrepreneurship for alumni, supporting alumni careers, and fostering professional networking opportunities.
