YOUR IMPACT As a Lead Product Owner in our Data & Analytics-Corporate IT Team, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Analytics Data Products, ensuring they deliver business value, support strategic decision-making, and align with organizational goals. You will play a key role in shaping the Analytics Product strategy as the organization transitions to a data product-focused model, managing product backlogs and driving successful transformation initiatives. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, and operational teams, you will define priorities, guide product roadmaps, and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality data solutions. Business Needs & Solution Definition: Identify business needs, clarify current-state challenges, define analytical data solutions, oversee implementation, and track KPIs to measure success. Requirements & Roadmap Definition: Work with stakeholders to define, build out, and align business
requirements that help shape their data roadmaps, prioritize projects, and ensure delivery teams are focused on the right outcomes. AI/ML Enablement & Innovation: Challenge business partners to rethink how they solve business problems through AI/ML-enabled data solutions that can be delivered on their behalf.
Requirements, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, prioritize, and refine data product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and
requirements, ensuring ongoing alignment with evolving business needs. Backlog, Prioritization & Agile Delivery: Manage a segment of the product backlog, ensuring Epics and User Stories are well-defined, estimated, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product roadmap while contributing to sprint planning and execution. Scaled Agile Delivery: Apply Scaled Agile principles and practices to manage and deliver data and analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Data Product Practice Development: Help build the Data Product practice within the Corporate IT team by actively contributing to the evolution of processes, tooling, operating models, and ways of working. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in a data analytics field are a definite plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience using Agile principles to deliver Data & Analytics solutions. At least 2 years in a Lead Product Owner or Product Owner capacity, ideally within the Scaled Agile Framework. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI. Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools is essential. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Delivery Skills: Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles and their application within the frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), SCRUM or KANBAN Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Salary Range: $92,320 - $138,480; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
