ABOUT
THE ROLE

We're looking for a Brand Creative Consultant. Working directly with the SVP of Marketing, you'll shape how our brand shows up in the world: TV commercials, full-funnel advertising campaigns, paid media, social, and our website.

This isn't a "tear it down and start over" role. We have a strong brand strategy in place, set by our CEO and executive team. Your job is to bring that to life, to execute with taste, craft, and discipline so the work lands with the audience it's built for.

You'll be a hands-on leader with sharp storytelling instincts, able to run internal creative resources, direct agency partners, and work across the business to deliver work that's inspiring and effective.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and deploy a brand creative strategy end to end: advertising campaigns, commercials, explainers, video, and social.

Set and hold the creative bar, keeping the brand consistent, high-quality, and distinctive across every channel.

Build a creative engine that sustains high volume, with a steady stream of performance ads, social content, and brand campaigns.

Direct creative across TV, radio, out-of-home, audio, podcast, influencer, affiliate, and social.

Partner closely with Product Design/UX on the assets, guidelines, and tools that keep product experiences on brand.

Work hand in hand with Legal and Compliance. We're in a regulated category, so every claim and disclosure needs sign-off, and the craft is keeping the work sharp inside those constraints.

Measure creativity against business outcomes and optimize from there.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

10+ years in brand or creative leadership, ideally in consumer tech or another high-growth brand environment.

Storytelling instincts that connect authentically with everyday Americans.

Taste and judgment: you elevate the work without losing sight of the business objective.

Proven range across formats, from always-on performance ads to large-scale brand campaigns.

Experience shipping creative in a regulated category, ideally financial services, where compliance review is part of every brief.

The discipline to work inside a defined strategy and voice, and the craft to make it feel fresh campaign after campaign.

A collaborative track record across marketing, product, and executive teams.

Experience managing significant creative budgets with a clear view of what's driving growth.

Motivation that comes from moving the business, not collecting awards.
