We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead and scale Legora’s finance technology ecosystem. You will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our finance systems, driving automation, improving financial visibility, and enabling scalable finance operations across multiple regions and entities. What You’ll Do Own the strategy and roadmap for Legora’s finance systems and tooling Implement, manage, and optimize core finance systems such as ERP, billing, procurement, and reporting platforms Manage, oversee and administer any maintenance and upgrades to our ERP system and other finance owned software applications Design and manage system integrations and data flows across the finance and business technology stack Lead automation and process improvement initiatives across financial close, reporting, and reconciliations Partner with Accounting, Finance, Data, and Engineering to ensure systems support key financial processes Support scalable financial structures as Legora expands into new markets and entities Ensure strong financial data governance, system reliability, and internal controls
Who You Are 10+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementations, or business systems roles, partly in high-growth technology company or startup environments Detailed understanding of finance processes including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems with exposure to automation, AI tools, or analytics platforms within finance workflows Experience working with SaaS finance stacks, including billing, payments, and reporting tools Proven ability to lead cross-functional systems initiatives and complex implementations in an international environment Well versed in project management, you are analytical and a trusted collaborator with your stakeholders We also value a background in accounting or CPA qualification (or equivalent) Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
