Think of it as talking to a stylist who truly gets you, like “a romantic dress for a beach wedding in Ibiza” or “a blazer with The Row vibes but under $700”. We’re a fast-growing, VC-backed startup reshaping how people discover fashion online. Our founding team includes former DoorDash and Airbnb product leaders, data scientists, and engineers, who are also fashion influencers and photographers. Plush launched in 2024 and has already gained meaningful traction, with tens of thousands of high-intent users and strong early revenue traction.
The Role We're looking for UGC creators to produce short-form video content for Plush's satellite social channels. You'll create scroll-stopping, fashion-forward content—think greenscreen explainers, talking-head styling tips, and trend-driven videos that show off what Plush can do. This is a paid contract role with performance bonuses. You'll work closely with our team on content direction, but you own the creative execution.
What You'll Do Create 25–30 short-form videos per month Film talking-head, greenscreen, and GRWM-style content that highlights Plush Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and moments—and move fast on them Collaborate with our team on content ideas via weekly check-ins Post from dedicated Plush creator accounts Candidate
Requirements A strong portfolio of UGC or short-form video content (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred) On-camera presence and confidence Fluency in TikTok trends, formats, and editing styles Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.) Ability to turn around content quickly without sacrificing quality Reliable communication and ability to hit deadlines SOUNDS INTERESTING?
