Ops Lead

The Role

We're building the sports agent model for tech talent—an AI-driven marketplace that eliminates traditional recruiting friction entirely. As our first dedicated Ops Lead, you'll be the connective tissue holding together a hyper-executing 3-person founding team and our rapidly scaling operation. This means owning everything from financial systems and investor relations to operational workflows and scaling infrastructure as we move from post-YC validation into growth mode.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage financial infrastructure (monthly/quarterly forecasting, cap table management, and fundraising preparation for our next round)
• Own operational workflows across supply (talent vetting) and demand (company onboarding), identifying bottlenecks and scaling playbooks
• Coordinate with investors, legal, and external partners; maintain relationships that keep the company moving
• Implement systems and tooling that let founders focus on product and sales, not admin
• Establish metrics dashboards for unit economics, pipeline health, and marketplace KPIs
• Take on ad-hoc projects that unblock growth (hiring, vendor management, compliance)

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in operations, finance, or founding team roles at early-stage companies (pre-seed through Series A ideally)
• Comfort with ambiguity; you'll wear multiple hats and thrive without a playbook
• Proficiency in financial modeling, spreadsheets, and basic business operations
• Experience scaling marketplace or two-sided platform operations (nice-to-have)
• You understand startup fundraising and can speak the language of investors
• Self-directed bias toward shipping over perfection; we rebuilt our entire product in 30 days
