We’re automating traditionally labour-intensive and stressful tasks, delivering great experiences and online tools for our users, and making their lives easier. We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help create simple, intuitive experiences for thousands of customers using Hnry’s customer-facing apps, and internal app we use to serve customers. You’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to turn customer problems into thoughtful product experiences - from understanding user needs, through to designing, testing and delivering improvements that make a real impact. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence how we design and build products, while working in a fast-moving environment where your ideas and contribution will be valued.
🚀 Responsibilities
- Define and design end to end product experiences across the Hnry customer-facing and internal apps, from early concepts through to delivery and iteration.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity designs to communicate ideas and solve customer problems.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, and Hnry leadership to understand customer problems and needs, and deliver effective experiences.
- Use customer insights, research and data to inform design decisions and continuously improve experiences.
- Contribute to usability testing, user interviews and other research activities.
