What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, investment banking, VC, or a high-growth startup.
• Seriously organized with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects without dropping the ball.
• A sharp analytical mind that loves digging into data to solve problems and make smart decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to get your point across clearly to diverse groups of stakeholders.
• A self-starter with grit who takes initiative and owns their work.
• Comfort with the ambiguity and fast-paced nature of startup life.

About the Role

Clinikally is looking for a Chief of Staff to offer direct support to our CEO and broader leadership team. We are uplifting dermatology, haircare, and wellness in India by building an engineering-first and AI-native consumer health company. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives to ensure our vision is brought to life across every corner of the business, helping us scale our clinical range to reach its full market potential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading Key Projects: Take the reins on high-priority cross-functional initiatives. This includes everything from mapping out market entry strategies to launching new product lines.
• Smoothing Out Operations: Fine-tune internal processes and identify roadblocks to keep the company moving fast. You will ensure our operational workflows and the supply chain for products like our Ceramide Cleansers and Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizers stay ahead of our growth curve.
• Crafting Our Story: Prepare high-stakes communications and reports for investors and partners. You will clearly articulate our market impact across product categories and medical-grade wellness solutions.
• Acting as the Founder's Right Hand: Serve as a trusted thought partner for the Founder and CEO. You will dive into research and execution for the next phase of the digital health roadmap.
• Connecting the Dots: Foster seamless communication between leadership and departments including tech, product, and marketing. You will align teams around the science of our products and personalized treatment plans.
• Solving What's Next: Jump in to solve unexpected challenges and provide data-driven recommendations for scaling our hair growth tablets and specialized dermatology marketplace.
