Co-Founder & CEO, New Venture: Battery-as-a-Service for Commercial Businesses

What we're looking for?

We are looking for a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully built a company, product, or significant business unit from 0 to 1, with P&L ownership. You should be comfortable structuring project or asset-backed financing vehicles and be fluent in Canadian energy markets. Bonus points if you have direct experience with IESO mechanics and demand response programs.

What you'll do:

• Take full ownership of the new venture's growth and success, building it from the ground up.
• Define and execute the company's vision, strategy, and product direction.
• Work closely with Diagram Ventures to build, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
• Lead all go-to-market and commercial efforts to establish a strong market presence.
• Lead fundraising efforts to secure capital for growth and expansion.
• Structure financing vehicles to support the deployment of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
