Our team is a powerhouse of 💪 100% engineers - ACM ICPC World Finalists, Codeforces Masters, and Programming Olympiad Gold Medalists — from institutes like IIIT-Hyderabad, IIT-Bombay, and IIM-Ahmedabad.
With 4 of our learning products hitting Product–Market Fit, we’re now shifting our focus from building the product to expanding our user base and deepening community engagement.
What You’ll Do
As part of the Growth Team, you’ll design and execute strategies to scale and strengthen AlgoUniversity’s Community (potential customers).
Your goal: grow our community → expand our reach → strategise & build sustainable initiatives that drive meaningful engagement.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners from top tech companies to drive strategic collaborations, strengthen brand presence, and craft scalable engagement models - both online and offline.
This role blends creativity with analytical thinking - ideal for someone who enjoys building growth systems, not just managing activities.
Your key areas:
- Community Strategy & Growth: Architect and execute scalable community initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify, pitch, and manage collaborations with universities, tech organizations, and industry partners that accelerate brand growth.
- Growth Strategies: Design and run marketing funnels that convert community engagement into measurable leads and sales outcomes.
- Data & Insights: Use engagement data to inform strategy, improve conversion rates, and identify new growth opportunities.
