Gym Class is the top rated social sports game on Meta Quest - millions of downloads, 79,000+ reviews, and a 4.9-star rating. We’re hiring our founding Community Manager to design, test, and scale the programs that grow and engage our player base.
You’ll be the expert on community-driven growth: driving core community programs, experimenting to learn what works and what the community needs most, and then scaling it with systems, automations, and our community squad. You’ll own our Discord and Creator Program (driven >1 billion views) as the heartbeat of Gym Class outside the game, keeping our community energized, engaged, and growing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Grow the community: Drive growth and retention through our Creator Program, Discord, and grassroots experiments.
- Prototype → Scale: Launch scrappy experiments (e.g. ranked tournaments, live events, Discord activations, Creator Program optimizations and incentives), gather learnings, then systematize into repeatable programs.
- Make Discord thrive: Increase active communicators, create eventful social moments, and ensure power users feel energized and connected.
- Empower creators: Recruit and partner with content creators, run events with them, and design programs that amplify their reach and impact. This program is mature and ready to take off further, garnering over 1 billion views across social platforms.
- Lead contractors & tools: Guide contracted community developers and a tools intern to scale programs, build automations, and run specialized initiatives.
