About the role
We are looking for a Complex Commercial Litigator with 1-4 years of experience to join our dynamic litigation boutique. We are seeking an engaged, curious, and motivated attorney with strong fundamentals in legal research and writing. This is an opportunity to gain significant, hands-on experience on lean case teams handling high-stakes matters for a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to innovative tech startups.
What will you be doing?
- Handling a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation, including a high volume of trade secret, tech, fintech, and crypto matters.
- Taking on significant responsibility within lean case teams, often working directly with one partner.
- Drafting briefs, motions, and other critical legal documents for cases in both state and federal courts.
- Managing discovery, preparing for depositions, and providing direct support for a busy trial practice.
- Gaining direct client exposure and contributing to case strategy from an early stage in your career.
