We are looking for an CRM Specialist to help us achieve our ambition growth targets in the French Market ! This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing operations and lifecycle management. The Role We’re looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Mid CRM Specialist to support and scale our demand generation efforts. Sitting at the intersection of marketing operations, lifecycle, and campaign execution , you'll play a critical role in coordinating integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the Demand Gen Manager , you'll partner with cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel campaigns, support SDR enablement, and optimize the full marketing funnel, from lead generation to nurturing. What you will be doing Own and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns , including lead nurturing, onboarding flows, and re-engagement sequences. Identify and activate quick-win automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversion. SDR Enablement & Campaign Support Coordinate with SDRs to provide campaign briefs, prospecting sequences, and ensure proper lead routing and follow-up . Collaborate with the Field Marketing & Events manager to turn events into full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns. Campaign Operations & Reporting Manage campaign calendars and project management boards. Ensure accurate lead attribution and reporting to support visibility into pipeline and ROI. Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and share learnings with the wider Revenue Marketing team. Your Profile French expert, written and spoken and English. 1-3 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, campaign coordination or similar/ related jobs. Hands-on experience with CRM (Hubspot) and marketing automation platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with a bias for execution and continuous improvement. Transparent salary grids from 28.000€ to 32.000€ OTE , with a 80/20 split (fixed/variable). Is this you ?! Come rock the world with us!
