About the role

As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of the company, including product development, tech innovation, and team leadership. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and other executives to align the company’s technology with our strategic goals. This is an opportunity to lead a talented team and help define the future of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and implement a cohesive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
Lead and manage the technology team to ensure the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
Technology Operations:
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of all technological infrastructure and systems.
Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of the company’s technology platforms and systems.
Manage technology budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
Innovation and Development:
Drive innovation within the organization, identifying opportunities for technological advancements and improvements.
Lead the research and development (R&D) efforts to create new products and services.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology team.
Act as Tech Advisor:
Collaborate with other executives to establish strategic plans and objectives.
Communicate the company’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, and stakeholders.
