About the role

Waldium is the autonomous content platform used by YC-backed startups to generate technical guides, tutorials, and product documentation optimized for AI discovery. As we scale and launch new features, we need part-time customer support help to manage inbound questions and provide fast, reliable responses.

What you’ll do

  • Handle all inbound customer conversations through Tidio
  • Learn the Waldium platform and product flows so you can answer common questions clearly
  • Troubleshoot issues, gather context, and escalate technical problems to engineering
  • Maintain quick response times during agreed coverage hours
  • Keep communication concise and accurate

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in customer support or customer success
  • Strong written communication
  • Ability to understand technical products without hand-holding
  • Reliability during US working hours
  • Someone who can ramp fast and operate without constant oversight
