About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong background in shipping products to partner with our founders and define the look, feel, and behavior of the Mutiny platform. As a founding designer, you will build our design system from the ground up and set the standard for what AI-native GTM software feels like.
What will you be doing?- Own the end-to-end product design, from the first interaction with our creative agent to the final published asset.
- Define the creative agent's output by partnering with engineering on better defaults and constraints.
- Build the design system, including components and patterns that enable the team to ship quality work at speed.
- Curate what good looks like and build feedback loops to make the model's output sharper every week.
- Shape product strategy and push back when something doesn’t feel right.
Key Requirements- Proven experience taking ambiguous problems and shipping something people use.
- A strong point of view on AI and creativity, with ideas on where AI should lead and where humans should steer.
- Obsessive about craft and pixel-perfect design; you won't ship something that's just 'fine'.
- A systems thinker who sees patterns across features to create shared foundations.
- A builder who prototypes, ships, and iterates, preferring to make a thing rather than write a brief about it.
