Apply Now As an Program Manager, you will – 1. Program & Delivery Ownership : - Own end-to-end delivery timelines for lender-facing product initiatives - Drive projects from
requirements collection through product detailing, development, QA, and UAT - Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery trackers - Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and work with teams to resolve them - Ensure commitments are clear and delivery expectations are met in a fast-moving startup environment 2. Client & Relationship Management : - Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for US-based lender clients - Run regular check-ins, status updates, and milestone reviews with clients - Manage expectations, communicate changes clearly, and maintain strong client relationships - Translate client needs into clear
requirements and next steps for internal teams 3. Internal Stakeholder Coordination : - Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to keep work moving forward - Facilitate requirement discussions, planning sessions, and UAT coordination - Ensure everyone is aligned on priorities, timelines, and
responsibilities - Proactively follow up on action items and unblock teams as needed 4. Process & Startup Execution : - Establish lightweight processes, documentation, and reporting suitable for a startup environment - Maintain clear visibility into delivery status for leadership and stakeholders - Continuously improve how programs are planned, tracked, and delivered as the company scales.
