We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team and ensure the smooth, reliable, and organized flow of materials and finished products within our facility. In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to daily warehouse operations—from receiving raw components for our engineering lines to dispatching final products to global customers. Because we design, assemble, and distribute our products in-house, your role will be key to keeping our production lines moving and ensuring our inventory is accurate and well-maintained. WHAT YOU’LL DO Receive, store, and ship goods, raw materials, and finished products Handle internal material movement (loading, unloading, and transferring inventory within the warehouse) Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accurate quantities and product quality Prepare, pack, and stage orders according to shipping specifications Log and track stock movements using our warehouse management software Track inventory levels, assist with periodic counts, and report any shortages or discrepancies Maintain high standards of organization, safety, and cleanliness throughout the warehouse space WHAT WE EXPECT Prior experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role Familiarity with ERP or digital warehouse management tools WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE Our office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
