Responsibilities Review and validate AI-generated data related to specialty chemicals, formulations, and applications Provide deep input on structure–function relationships, use cases, and performance characteristics Assist in curating, annotating, and structuring datasets for AI training and evaluation Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to translate industry knowledge into scalable features Contribute expertise on regulatory, safety, and performance aspects specific to specialty chemical domains Stay current with advances in materials, additives, and formulation science relevant to our focus areas Personal attributes Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong data accuracy instincts Strong communicator able to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical teams Curious, pragmatic, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment Eager to apply scientific knowledge in novel, product-focused contexts Open to experimentation and feedback-driven iteration Willing to work in fast-paced startup environment Technical
