About

the role\ We are hiring two Forward Deployed Engineers to take customer problems from the first conversation to a working voice AI system. You will work directly with customer teams, build integrations and workflows, and stay close to the system after it goes live. This is a full-time, on-site role in Istanbul.\ \ What you will do\ \- Understand the customer's process and turn it into a clear implementation.\ \- Connect customer APIs and build voice-agent workflows.\ \- Test realistic conversations, investigate failures, and improve the experience using real calls.\ \- Own delivery with the customer and work with our engineering team on production issues.\ \- Turn recurring customer needs into improvements to our platform.\ \ What we are looking for\ \- You can build and debug software, work with APIs, and trace a problem across systems.\ \- You communicate clearly with technical and business teams in Turkish and English.\ \- You take ownership of an open problem and follow it through to a working result.\ \- Experience with conversational AI, enterprise integrations, or customer-facing engineering is a plus.\ \ You will work close to the customer, the product, and the code, with direct responsibility for what you ship.
