Job Summary We are looking for a Staff Performance Engineer with hands-on experience, great problem-solving skills, and self-learning ability. You should be highly motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills. A performance engineer who will identify performance and stability issues, preferably in the early stages of design, find the root cause, and suggest solutions or better design
Responsibilities: Act as the software Performance focal point in the R&D team, lead and centralize all the relevant activities, consulting, and guidance for performance and functionality for
the team Provide actionable tasks to R&D by analysing performance results and tracking benchmarks. Design, execute, and analyse scalability, stability, and load tests. Review new features and assess the Performance Risk Investigate Production/customer issues/tickets when needed Own and maintain the performance lab environment Provide production resource settings and optimization
