Essential Functions: As a Capital Markets Audit & Assurance Intern, you'll directly with partners, managers and senior associates on active client engagements, and receive hands-on experience throughout the internship program. You will gain exposure to: Financial statement audit procedures Testing account balances, transactions, and internal controls Preparing audit workpapers and supporting documentation Participating in client meetings and walkthroughs Performing analytical procedures and financial statement analyses Researching accounting and auditing guidance Collaborating with engagement teams to address accounting and reporting matters Supporting engagements throughout planning, fieldwork, and completion
Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting Intention to pursue CPA licensure upon meeting eligibility
requirements Strong academic performance Completion of introductory and intermediate accounting coursework preferred Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, employment, volunteer activities, or other campus involvement is a plus Applicants m ust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
