We’re hiring a VP – Product to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution as we scale. As a Series B company, we are looking for someone who can not only drive growth but also bring structure, processes, and scalability into the product organization. Apply Now As an VP Product, you will – Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Build and implement product processes, frameworks, and operating rigor to scale the organization. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization. Drive key business metrics such as revenue, adoption, retention, conversion, and LTV. Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, risk, compliance, and operations teams. Identify new product opportunities and scale existing platform capabilities. Ensure high standards of scalability, performance, and reliability across products. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team. Align product initiatives with company-wide growth and go-to-market strategies. As an VP Product, you must have - 12+ years of experience in product management with strong leadership exposure Experience working in Series B / growth-stage startups, bringing structure to scaling teams Proven ability to build processes, define product org structures, and drive execution at scale Strong background in fintech, SaaS, or platform-based products Understanding of lending, payments, or embedded finance ecosystems Experience working closely with engineering teams and driving product delivery Data-driven mindset with ownership of product and business metrics Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leadership decisions Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving complexity Strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive outcomes end-to-end.
