the team’s day-to-day operations</li> <li>Analyze and establish business

requirements in collaboration with the product management team</li> <li>Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend</li> <li>Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity</li> <li>Develop your hard and soft skills together with

the team</li> <li>Make technical decisions</li> <li>Lead and involve others into code reviews</li> <li>Ensure work atmosphere inside of

the team, team members learning and motivation</li> <li>Communicate with the project’s stakeholders</li> <li>Establish and review communication and processes inside of
