We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and execute strategic Security initiatives that will maintain the highest security posture to enable business growth and efficiency across our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex and cross-functional Security focused projects. You will also collaborate with senior stakeholders, business partners, 3 rd Party Vendor Implementation project teams and internal technical teams to ensure alignment, communication, and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Accountable for driving execution and delivery of complex projects or programs from start to finish. Demonstrates clear understanding of the program’s vision, objectives, scale, and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, roadmaps, resource level
requirements. Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with Program or project stakeholders, Business owners and 3 rd Party Implementation Vendor. Manage project resources, vendors, and contractors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and service level agreements. Monitor and control project performance, scope, and deliverables, ensuring timely and effective change management and stakeholder approval. Create full-scale master program and project schedules and communication plans consisting of multiple projects or components. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, issue/risk registers, and status reports, using agile methodologies. Ensure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones, and deliverable tasks. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring clear and timely communication and escalation of issues and risks. Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of enterprise transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
