About Almanac: Medical AI tools are proliferating, but physicians struggle with dozens of disparate solutions, while vendors themselves face costly hospital-by-hospital sales cycles. Almanac consolidates the medical AI ecosystem into a single, HIPAA-compliant platform: 1) Healthcare workers access a comprehensive library of medical AI tools through an integrated LLM assistant, 2) Vendors gain scalable and monetizable distribution without losing their business models or IP. The startup aims to capture physician adoption through immediate-value tools to establish itself as the primary medical AI distribution channel. Role: We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can own both frontend and backend development.
What you'll do: Build responsive web apps with React/Next.js, design scalable APIs, implement/optimize database solutions Must-haves: 3+ years full-stack experience Strong React/Next.js skills (SSR/SSG, modern patterns) REST API design and implementation Supabase/PostgreSQL experience Caching and session management TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency Backend experience (Node.js, Python, or Go preferred) Nice-to-haves: Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, real-time features (WebSockets, SSE), Tech Stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Redis, Temporal, Node.js/Python/Go This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives working across the entire stack and can seamlessly switch between crafting UIs and architecting backend systems. You'll have significant ownership and impact on our technical architecture
