About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Growth with 4-7 years of experience to join our highly technical team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, ambitious, and analytical individual, preferably with a software engineering background, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. As our first dedicated product hire, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our business and technology teams to shape the future of our AI-powered growth engine. What will you be doing?
- Define and evolve the product roadmap, synthesizing complex problem spaces and collaborating closely with engineering.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end product vision, including managing projects for key customers like Blank Street.
- Spearhead initiatives to make the platform more user-friendly and intuitive based on customer feedback and data.
- Act as the primary bridge between the business and technical teams, creating PRDs and ensuring clear communication.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback to inform product direction (approx. 20% of the role).
