Job Description You will develop and implement production control functions including: master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material
requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting. You will approve quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, as well as receipt and issuance of production material
requirements. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. You will report to P&IC Manager. Your
Responsibilities: You will take leadership in material planning, inventory control, purchasing activities. Be subject matter expertise in these areas and conversant in applicable tools and systems. You will develop strategy and initiatives to ensure material availability to support delivery commitment. Establish inventory strategy to meet customer service level attainment. To drive material expediting, cancellation and push out, excess and obsolete material disposition. You will ensure sales order fulfillment via integration of material and production planning process. Closely monitor schedule attainment and drive delivery performance. You will coordinate activities with other functional areas such as Business Units, Engineering, Quality and Production to enable cost effective manufacturing environment and achieve customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement annual supply chain and materials management plan. Plan should include but not limited to parameters and milestones for meeting customer service, production targets, shipment targets, inventory levels and costs of materials and finished products. Monitor execution status, identify opportunities and issues. Take proactive actions to close gaps. Communicate status to management and escalate where appropriate. You will take leadership to develop and carry out material and process productivity. Utilize Lean/Six Sigma tools to drive continual cost and system improvement initiatives. You will engage and leverage global operations and functional expertise to optimize internal process. You will develop and maintain a positive work environment for
the team and work groups. You will establish smooth interaction with all RA plants and other functional teams (sales, sourcing and production, etc.) to achieve more accurate demand forecast, less stock out and better supplier delivery performance. You will recruit, train, motivate and supervise team staff. Provide staff competency development. You will perform special projects and tasks as assigned. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor degree or above Minimum 5 years or above operations experience with demand planning and material planning in Manufacturing Company. Have at least 3 years of team management experience. Team player. Extensive MRP experience High Computer skill, with strong data processing capabilities Fluent in English Comply with local EHS laws and regulations, RA policy and rules Meet job EHS smart goals The Preferred - You Might Also Have: SAP experience What We Offer: Our
