About the role
Supporting our global leasing team, this team will work very closely within our LLD organisation, and partner with our CO+I teams as we solidify our lessor partnerships globally. Reporting, analysis and insight identification of current lessor performance Work closely with our key lessors and identify gaps, proactively find solutions and develop and manage programs to completion Support the leasing team with the Lessor Champion and Lessor Executive sponsor programs Collate and develop briefing documents for lessor engagement sessions Identify, organise and manage end-to-end key strategic rhythm of business sessions with lessors Support the leader in the development of a high impact strategy to improve our lessor performance where needed. Develop strong working relationships with our lessors and work closely with the global leasing team to influence lessors to engage on this journey; proactively identifying the best solutions to move forward with, and enable delivery. Bachelor's degree or higher education in business or technical discipline Demonstratable reporting and analytics experience Demonstratable program management experience Datacenter domain experience preferred Proven ability to apply critical thinking in complex situations and to drive change where needed Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to be adaptable and resilient These
