Channel Co-Sell Director

Remote
Full-time

About the role

What we're looking for:

We need someone with 5–8+ years of experience in cloud partnerships, channel enablement, or alliances who has direct experience working with or for hyperscaler cloud partners (AWS, Azure, GCP) — ideally on the ISV-facing side. You should be comfortable navigating the mechanics of co-sell motions, marketplace transactions, and committed cloud spend optimization, and have a track record of driving measurable partner-sourced revenue. Bonus points if you've worked at AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure supporting independent software vendors (ISVs) and now want to bring that expertise to the ISV side.

What you'll do:

  • Own and accelerate Netomi's co-sell status and marketplace strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP — navigating the requirements, checklists, and partner politics to unlock committed cloud spend and co-sell motions

  • Analyze Netomi's cloud spend architecture (currently hundreds of thousands per month on AWS alone) to identify opportunities to optimize spend routing, improve bargaining position, and maximize marketplace credit — such as routing inferencing through marketplace listings

  • Build and execute the playbook for getting hyperscaler partners to actively co-sell with Netomi, translating complex partner requirements into scalable enablement programs

  • Work closely with the VP of Alliances, Partners & Channels and cross-functional teams (Product, GTM, Solutions Engineering) to accelerate pipeline and revenue through marketplace channels

  • Create scalable enablement assets including co-sell playbooks, marketplace transaction guides, pitch decks, and certification materials for partner teams

  • Serve as the internal expert on cloud partner dynamics — advising leadership on Netomi's leverage, competitive positioning across hyperscalers, and how to strategically allocate spend to maximize go-to-market support

  • Support active deals involving marketplace transactions and private offer execution, identifying and resolving friction points systematically

  • Define and track key enablement metrics including partner activation rates, marketplace pipeline, and sourced/influenced revenue, reporting impact to leadership
