About the role

Nori Robotics (YC S26) builds affordable humanoid robots. Our work connects some of the world's most novel multimodal, creative, and behavioral datasets to robots and consumer applications used by real customers. We're looking for hungry, talented, curious people to join our team.

Scope: Own data collection and creation programs from planning through delivery. Coordinate contributors, participants, contractors, and partners so researchers receive useful, well-documented data on time.

What you will work on

• Plan and run collection and creative data programs: recruit and coordinate contributors, participants, and partners; set instructions, schedules, and quality standards.

• Own annotation, curation, review, rework, and delivery with researchers, including consent, source records, permissions, and dataset versions.

• Manage vendors, budgets, contracts, payments, and access; resolve quality and delivery issues and improve processes as programs grow.

Requirements

• Ownership of large-scale data or production programs, with strong contributor, partner, and budget management.

• High agency and independent judgment under pressure and tight deadlines; clear communication and care with consent and sensitive information.

• Nice to have: creative output data, large-scale participant programs, or research operations.

San Francisco, CA. Full time or contract. Primarily in person.

Compensation. Contract: $30-$70 per hour. Full time: $100,000-$150,000 per year. Base pay varies with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
