the role The Business Talent Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for Rippling's non-tech teams. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the non-tech landscape and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent. What you will do Develop and execute sourcing strategies for business roles. Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Conduct candidate outreach, including phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate experience. Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online, networking, and referrals. Evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience. Partner with the recruiting team to make offers and close candidates. What you will need 3+ years of experience in Sourcing or Recruiting (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Support, Account Management or G&A). Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
