Director Supplier Assurance

Data Analysis and Reporting Leads teams in applying data tools and analytics to monitor program performance and drive data-informed decisions and strategic improvements across functions. Guides resolution of complex issues identified through data analysis and ensures timely escalation when needed. Oversees the development of reports and metrics to communicate key trends, insights, and performance drivers to stakeholders. Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring. Enable success across boundaries. Process Improvement and Innovation Manages teams delivering complex, cross-functional supply chain projects with broad scope and significant business impact. Provides strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and resolves cross-team risks and process gaps. Leads teams in ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards through planning and reporting activities across multiple programs or business areas. Oversees submission and review of required documentation during checkpoints to support functional compliance goals and risk mitigation. Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 15+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience. 5+ years people management experience. Certification in Six Sigma.
